Researched and redesigned the user experience of Spain's Thysssen Museum Audioguide app which has already served 500K+ museum visitors.

Audioguiarte wanted us to evaluate the beta app’s usability and design.
My Role
Our team worked collaboratively to report to Audioguiarte. I contributed to all the stages.

Research Process
Participant Screening
I wrote and distributed screeners to identify suitable test participants.
UserZoom Testing
We utilized UserZoom platform to conduct and record all usability sessions remotely to accommodate geographic constraints.
We designed three specific tasks for participants to complete while using the app.
Post-Test Survey
Participants completed a usability survey to gather quantitative feedback.
Contradictory Findings

Perceived Ease
Participants rated the app "easy to use" or "very easy to use"

Participants could not complete at least one of the three assigned tasks
This contradiction exemplifies Jakob Nielsen's principle:
